At our store, every item is carefully handmade with attention to detail and uniqueness. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Why we don’t accept returns

Each piece is made by hand, which means:

• Items may have slight variations that make each one unique
• Products are created specifically for each order
• We cannot restock or resell returned items
